Who knows which way, the mega-popular HBO series "Game Throne" has cast the title of the most-nominated series for the prestigious Emmy Award.
It is nominated in 32 categories, including the one for the best drama series.

That record had previously held the "NYPD Blue" series, which won 26 nominations back in 1994. During the full eight seasons, "The Throne Game" has won a total of 161 nominations.

The "Throne Game" was dominated by dramatic acting categories. The series received four nominations for the best-supporting actress in the drama series, nominating Gwendoline Christie, Lena Headey, Sophie Turner, and Maisie Williams, and three nominations for the best supporting actor. In this category, Alfie Allen, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau and Peter Dinklage were nominated.
