The Guardian Rated "There Will Be Blood" is the best movie of the 21st century so far

The British Guardian's film editors believe that Paul Thomas Anderson's "There Will Be Blood" is, for now, the best movie in the 21st century.

This creation, based on Upton Sincler's book "Oil," deals with the brutal struggle for "black gold" sources in the United States.

For this movie, actor Daniel Day-Lewis received an Oscar.

Among the top ten films of the 21st century, according to a prominent British newspaper, there are only three non-Anglo-Saxon creations - "Made for Love" by Chinese Wang Kar Wei, "Winter" by Argetinka Lucretia Martel, and "Unforgiven" by Austrian Michael Haneke.

Also on the list are works - Barry Jenckins "Moonlight", Johnathan Glazer's Under the Skin, Richard Linklater's "Growing Up," Steve McQueen's "Twelve Years a Slave."
